In celebrating the TGT’s Silver Jubilee since its inception in 1992 the Board and Management team is proud to rebrand the Trust as it captures and seeks to continue the success of TGT’s interventions as “a catalyst for smallholder farming and MSME development”, especially for women and youth-led businesses, in Tanzania. We seize this milestone opportunity to build and grow the Trust from the rich experience that we have gained in successfully executing the numerous projects and programmes nationwide during the 25 years of the existence of the Trust. The continued need for and relevance of TGT is found in the circumstances and challenges that face the target beneficiaries, that is, women and youth which the Trust will continue to focus as it joins the Nation in its quest for industrialization
