Eng. Moshi is a skills development consultant with GIZ, the German Development Agency. He is the former Director General for Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA). He brings to the Trust a wealth of experience that has been beneficial to TGT’s youth employment and entrepreneurship programmes.
